Where we ship

Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the rest of the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Rates

All prices in euro and final at checkout. The 2 kg threshold only matters for the 8-rope kit; everything else is in the under-2 kg band.

Only the 8-rope kit (around 3.2 kg packed) hits the over-2 kg band.

Pickup in Leuven

If you live in Belgian postcodes 1000–4000 (Flanders + Brussels), you can pick the order up in Leuven for free. Choose "Pickup in Leuven" at checkout, then email hello@tsurineko.org to arrange a time. Pez works from home, so timing is flexible.

How long it takes

Pez packs orders in person, usually within two working days. Carrier transit times after that are roughly:

• Belgium: 1–2 working days
• Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 working days
• Rest of the EU: 3–7 working days

You will receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.

Outside the EU

We are not shipping to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, or other non-EU destinations at present. Customs paperwork and carrier rates make small parcels uneconomic. If you are abroad and want a kit, write to hello@tsurineko.org and we will see what we can do.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a parcel does not arrive in the expected window, or arrives damaged, write to hello@tsurineko.org. We open the carrier claim and either resend or refund — you do not deal with the carrier yourself.
