Where do you ship to?
Belgium, plus the EU buurlanden (Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg), and most other EU countries. Ireland, Malta and Cyprus are not covered, and we do not ship outside the EU.
How much does shipping cost?
Belgium €7 (€12 above 2kg). NL/FR/DE/LUX €12 (€22 above 2kg), free above €100. Rest of EU €18 (€28 above 2kg), free above €150. Free shipping covers parcels up to 2kg only.
Is pickup in Leuven available?
Yes, free pickup for Belgian postcodes 1000–4000. After ordering, email us to arrange the handoff. We are available most days.
How long does shipping take?
Belgian orders ship within 1–2 business days via Bpost. EU orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will get a tracking email when your order ships.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not at v1. The shipping and customs paperwork are not worth it for the order volumes we see today. If demand surfaces from the UK, Switzerland, or further afield we will revisit.
Where we ship
Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg, plus most other EU countries. We do not yet ship to Ireland, Malta or Cyprus, or anywhere outside the EU.
Rates
All prices in euro and final at checkout. The 2 kg threshold only matters for orders holding more than one kit; a single kit stays in the under-2 kg band.

No single kit reaches the over-2 kg band; it takes more than one kit in the same parcel. Free shipping applies up to 2 kg; above that the 2 to 5 kg rate is charged whatever the order value.
Pickup in Leuven
If you live in Belgian postcodes 1000–4000 (Flanders + Brussels), you can pick the order up in Leuven for free. Choose "Pickup in Leuven" at checkout, then email hello@tsurineko.org to arrange a time. We are available most days.
How long it takes
We pack orders by hand, usually within two working days. Carrier transit times after that are roughly:
- Belgium: 1–2 working days
- Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–4 working days
- Elsewhere in the EU: 3–7 working days
You will receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.
Outside the EU
We are not shipping to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, or other non-EU destinations at present. Customs paperwork and carrier rates make small parcels uneconomic. If you are abroad and want a kit, write to hello@tsurineko.org and we will see what we can do.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a parcel does not arrive in the expected window, or arrives damaged, write to hello@tsurineko.org. We open the carrier claim and either resend or refund. You do not deal with the carrier yourself.
